Commitment to Sustainability
Mining Responsibility
We are dedicated to minimising the environmental impact of our events wherever possible. A range of measures will be implemented to achieve this, and both our exhibitors and customers will be expected to adhere to them.
Reducing waste & Recycling

All brochures and branding at the exhibition will be made from recycled and recyclable materials, with printing limited to when absolutely necessary. Refillable water stations will be available to help reduce plastic waste. Recycling points are provided throughout the venue, and we are committed to reusing, recycling, and repurposing wherever possible, with recycled materials thoughtfully integrated into the exhibition’s overall aesthetics.
Sustainable Materials & Catering

The items we purchase are thoughtfully selected with a focus on recycled, organic, ethically sourced, and sustainable materials wherever possible. Our caterers are required to use biodegradable cartons and packaging, and we ensure that plant-based catering options are always available as a more eco-friendly choice.
Reduced Energy & Responsibility

Power usage is minimised and only used during show hours, with oversight in place. We support local independent businesses and work with charitable organisations, offering free stand space to charities and planting a tree for each exhibitor who signs up, contributing to both social and environmental impact.
